I found this software hangs when importing large CSV data (300 pages). Songbook output is coded in XML files and some programing skill is needed to customize the songbook layouts for a completely unique layout. Vendor refused refund. Was a wast of money!
Note: Large CSV files take time, but they will import. The software may appear to "hang" but it is simply processing large amounts of information and needs time to finish. The song book output is not in the XML format and no programming is necessary to use this software. Song books are output in the PDF format or can be exported to Excel or sent directly to the printer. There a hundreds of options to customize the look and feel of the software right within the song book viewer and there are numerous layouts from which to choose. Pilot Karaoke offers design services at a very small fee if one of the included templates does not meet your needs, but this is rare. There is a functional trial version available to customers to try before you buy. The software encourages all customers to download the trial version and test the software to ensure it meets your expectations prior to purchase. Pilot Karaoke wants happy customers. Please download the trial version before purchase, but if the software doesn't meet your expectations even after the purchase, they will make it right - just give them a chance!
